She found working with parents creates more significant change, more quickly, than child therapy alone, and developed a Parent Coaching practice. Now specializing in Attachment Coaching for Parents and Teachers, Pam's vision is to foster self compassion and healing within families and communities.

It uses experiential learning and psychoeducation to guide parents in making powerful attachment gestures while setting healthy boundaries with youth, including screen and social media limits, in firm, connected ways.
